Legal Information
This policy governs the replacement and warranty procedures for all products purchased from Qroan Enterprises.
No Refund Policy
Important Notice: Qroan Enterprises does not offer refunds for any purchases. All sales are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or any other personal reasons.
While we do not offer refunds or accept returns, we provide replacement for products under specific conditions. Our replacement policy is designed to ensure you receive a fully functional product when you purchase from Qroan Enterprises.
Replacement Only – No Returns/Refunds
We offer replacement only for defective products or incorrect deliveries. Replacement requests are subject to verification and approval by our technical team.
We offer replacement only under the following specific conditions:
Manufacturing Defects
Product received is not working or has manufacturing defects
Wrong Product
Different product delivered than what was ordered
Damaged in Transit
Product damaged during shipping (must report within 24 hours)
2.1 Replacement Timeframe
Replacement requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, replacement will not be provided and only manufacturer warranty will apply.
2.2 Required Conditions
For replacement consideration, the following conditions must be met:
- Product must be in original condition
- All accessories, manuals, and packaging must be intact
- Original invoice must be provided
- Product must not show signs of misuse or tampering
- Security seals must be unbroken (if applicable)
The following situations are NOT eligible for replacement:

Product Pickup
We arrange pickup of defective product (free service)
Quality Check
Product inspected at our facility for verification
Replacement Dispatch
Replacement shipped after verification (free shipping)
4.1 Processing Time
- Initial response: Within 24 hours
- Technical review: 1-2 business days
- Pickup arrangement: 1-3 business days
- Quality check: 1-2 business days
- Replacement delivery: 3-7 business days
- Total process: 7-14 business days
All Qroan products come with a manufacturer’s warranty as specified:

5.1 Warranty Claim Process
- Contact support with warranty claim
- Provide purchase proof and product details
- Get RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number
- Ship product to service center (customer bears shipping)
- Product evaluated and repaired/replaced
- Product shipped back to customer
Note: Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear. Warranty becomes void if seals are broken or product is tampered with.
6.1 Pre-order Cancellations
For pre-orders, cancellation is allowed until the product is shipped. Once shipped, our standard no-refund policy applies.
6.2 Bulk Orders
For bulk/corporate orders (10+ units), separate terms apply. Please contact our sales team for bulk order policies.
6.3 Festive/Seasonal Offers
Products purchased during special offers/sales follow the same no-refund, replacement-only policy.
Important: This replacement policy is subject to change without prior notice. The policy applicable at the time of purchase will govern your replacement request.
